Rockstar Games announced Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars for the NDS. Developed by Rockstar Leeds in conjunction with series creators Rockstar North, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars will be available in North America and Europe this winter.

Activision’s fall 2008 game lineup includes CoD: World at War, Guitar Hero World Tour, Quantum of Solace and Spider-Man: Web of Shadows. In addition it is currently in development on id Software's Wolfenstein; Vicarious Visions' RPG sequel Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2: Fusion; Raven Software' new first person action game Singularity; a game based on Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen; and Raven Software's X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Microsoft's pre-E3 briefing began with a roundup of some of their upcoming triple-A titles, and moved on to discuss their new dashboard and several new functionalities for Xbox Live. If one thing was emphasized over the course of the briefing, it was a renewed focus on cooperative play. Many of the games that were shown were either party games meant for multiple players or otherwise introduced an unexpected cooperative element for an upcoming title.

EA revealed NBA Live 09's Dynamic DNA, which emulates an NBA player in every sense of the word with daily online updates throughout the season via the NBA Live 365. EA Online gives gamers the ability to store profile such as likes, dislikes, friends and achievements across all games and platforms. New, more powerful, back-end tools will make micro-transactions a bigger part of the gaming experience, while Rupture will allow you to track and challenge friends across all games and gaming platforms.

Fueled with fury, SEGA’s The Incredible Hulk features key moments from the film, as well as additional plot lines and characters from the character’s rich comic-book universe. Players smash through New York City, battling gigantic enemies amidst soaring skyscrapers in a massive open world.

Atlus U.S.A.'s Master of the Monster Lair is a dungeon-designing, monster-hunting RPG adventure. In order to trap the freeloading monsters of South Arc, you must become the architect of a vast labyrinth, crafting intricate levels designed to lure and capture all manner of beasts.

LOL is played by one of the players making a challenge in writing to the others. The crazier the challenge, the more fun everyone will have. The person who delivered the challenge chooses an appropriate time limit, and everyone has to answer the challenge on their touch screen however they see fit – with words, pictures, or whatever comes to mind.

Introducing a more lethal and cunningly efficient Bond, the game blends first-person action with a third-person cover combat system that allows players to feel what it is like to be the ultimate secret agent. Seamlessly blending the heart-pounding action and excitement of the “Quantum of Solace” film with the “Casino Royale” movie, the title propels players into the cinematic experience of international espionage.

Atlus USA has obtained the North American rights for Spectral Force 3, the first of the series to land in the Western hemisphere, delivering challenging strategy RPG gameplay, a classic fantasy story, and tons of character and item customization options.

For the first time players can engage with the wild world of animals in their natural surroundings in an immersive and tactile way. In this game you are challenged to engage, touch, move and try to control a wide range of animals as you journey deeper and deeper into the forest.

Electronic Arts announced that it has signed an agreement with id Software to publish RAGE. Built on id Software’s newest game engine, id Tech5, RAGE is an all-new take on the first-person shooter.

Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force will introduce kids to all new adventures in the Club Penguin world, giving players a chance to complete secret agent missions, solve mysteries and connect with friends in new ways. The game allows players to take on the role of a covert agent in the Elite Penguin Force.

Fallout 3 places a player in the role of a Vault-dweller, who ventures from his secluded, underground survival Vault into a post-apocalyptic world of mutants, radiation, gangs and violence. At the Microsoft briefing Bethesda's Todd Howard revealed that the Xbox 360 and PC editions of Fallout 3 will receive "substantial" downloadable content.

A slew of changes was announced at Microsoft's press briefing earlier today, including an arrangement with Netflix and the previous PS3-exclusive Final Fantasy XIII coming to the X360. Other additions include the availability of playable game shows — including 1 vs. 100, Lips, You're in the Movies, and Scene It? Box Office Smash — creation of player avatars, and an Xbox Live interface overhaul.

Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 takes players on an all new adrenaline ride through six different action-packed gameplay modes, a new electrifying soundtrack and exhilarating local multiplayer modes in either versus or co-op for up to four players.

In the bold and often-bloody Dead Space, gamers will step into a third-person sci-fi survival horror experience that promises to deliver the ultimate in psychological thrills and gruesome action.

Harmonix and MTV Games unveiled the set list of more than 80 on-disc songs for Rock Band 2. The title will also feature an online World Tour mode, Tour Challenges, a Battle of the Bands mode that lets bands face off against other bands, and customizable set lists. It'll be backward compatible with previous Rock Band downloadable music content, and support for third-party peripherals.

BioWare is creating a stylish blend of strategy and speed for Sonic’s first RPG, Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood, mixing a rich story, hand-painted visuals, fast-paced team combat, and wireless collectible trading into a uniquely compelling adventure.

The Last Remnant is Square Enix's latest single-player RPG game, powered by the Unreal Engine 3, scheduled to be released in Japan and North America simultaneously, with two main characters, each one appealing to a specific territory.

Nintendo's upcoming Wii MotionPlus accessory for the Wiimote redefines game control, by more quickly and accurately reflecting motions in a 3-D space. The Wii MotionPlus accessory attaches to the end of the Wii Remote and, combined with the accelerometer and the sensor bar, allows for more comprehensive tracking of a player's arm position and orientation, providing players with an unmatched level of precision and immersion.

Konami will release the first expansion pack for its Metal Gear Online title on July 17th. Entitled Metal Gear Online Gene Expansion, the download adds new maps, characters and a game mode to the existing game.
