When Ninja Gaiden developer Tomonobu Itagaki left Tecmo he let his discontent be heard, which apparently resulted in more employees leaving and filing lawsuit. Now
Tecmo has slapped Itagaki with a gag order, preventing him from disclosing or leaking information regarding its game software, sales, development or any other company secrets, using newspapers, magazines, and the Internet to criticize Tecmo software and employees, obstructing its business through slanderous remarks to third parties, nor can Itagaki accept interviews regarding Tecmo or talk to the press about the company.

The C&C series continues to thrive with Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath. As the expansion pack to C&C 3 Tiberium Wars, this RTS game returns to the Tiberium universe with Kane at the center of an epic new single player campaign.
According to EA producer Jim Vessella the turn-based Global Conquest game type wasn't popular with beta testers, and lacking control precision vs. a mouse, so it was decided to remove it and plug in a Challenge mode instead.
