Brash Entertainment announced the development of Jumper, a 3rd person action fighting game based on 20th Century Fox's upcoming sci-fi action/thriller starring Samuel L. Jackson, and directed by Doug Liman (The Bourne Identity).

Legend: Hand of God is an action RPG set in a fantasy world where you guide your hero in his quest against evil, fighting your way through action filled battles.

Cyanide is now the official licensed developer for a series of triple-A titles based upon its popular Blood Bowl fantasy property, in which insane warriors of the fantasy Warhammer universe compete in a "sport" that vaguely resembles American football. Cyanide confirmed the game is also in development for NDS, PSP and X360.

Atari announced that its CEO David Pierce has resigned, and is being replaced by Chief Restructuring Officer Curtis G. Solsvig III on an interim basis. Atari also announced it is seizing game development and will instead focus on publishing and distribution.

Interplay has released its latest quarterly numbers, with no significant revenue to speak of ($497,000 compared to last year's $1.6 million). After having sold off its Fallout IP to Bethesda earlier this year, Interplay still has the MMO rights, and just revealed it has hired veteran game developer, Jason Anderson, as creative director of a yet unannounced MMMO, and has reinitiating its in-house game development studio.
