It seems The Fall: Last Days of Gaia developers Silver Style are on a recruiting spree as they have now signed another former Black Isle member, Designer Jeff Husges.
The official Silver Style forum has this to say "We're glad to welcome Game Designer Jeff Husges! He worked at Black Isle on Fallout 3 and Baldur's Gate 3 formerly. He starts working on "The Fall - Last Days of Gaia" from today on." Jeff Husges will, just like Game Designer Damien Foletto, remain in the US and work from home.

Delta Force - Black Hawk Down: Team Sabre for PC CD - ROM will be in stores on January 21st 2004. Delta Force - Black Hawk Down: Team Sabre features two new single player campaigns that take Delta Force deep into the jungles of Colombia in search of drug lords, then on to battle terrorist factions in and around Iran's island oilfields. Team Sabre will also contain a number of new multiplayer features, including over 30 new multiplayer maps. On Saturday 17th January, customers in select iGames centers across the country will get the chance to play the full retail version of the game.

The Fall official website that Silver Style's message boards seem to have an interesting announcement about one of the Black Isle developers teaming up with Silver Style to work on The Fall: Last Days of Gaia . "We're glad to welcome Game Designer Damien Foletto in our team! Formerly he worked at Black Isle on Hits like Baldur's Gate 2 or Fallout 3. He will support Lead Designer Carsten Strehse on the development of The Fall: Last Days of Gaia." No further details are available (as to whether he would move from the US to Germany and such), but we will keep you posted!

The Adventure Company today announced that it has shipped The Black Mirror to stores in North America. The Black Mirror’s story is based on Englishman Samuel Gordon, who had left his boyhood home many years before, vowing never to return. The accidental death of his grandfather, William, forces him to make the painful journey back. After reading William’s journal, Samuel learns that the death is no accident, but linked to a string of gruesome and mysterious deaths dating back 100 years. Upon investigating, Samuel discovers that he’s much closer to the mystery than he thinks; in fact, he’s at the very center of it.

Black & White 2 includes other new elements, such as improved graphics and Miracle effects such as rivers of fire and earthquakes that yield mass destruction. The game also includes weather systems that impact gameplay; players will see the impact of a drought that scorches the arid plains of Egypt or the effect of a heavy snowfall on the Norse Mountains. Players can also tap new resources and disciples by creating ties with the Japanese or dueling the Aztecs. Players will also have the ability to construct new buildings including armories and a harbor, and explore new islands each with their own culture and climate.
