Entertainment software publisher NovaLogic Ltd. said today that the open multiplayer beta test for the eagerly awaited title Delta Force - Black Hawk Down has been completed, with over 200,000 successful downloads recorded over the 7 day availability period. This number included over 115,000 downloads directly from www.novalogic.com. The beta was also successfully mirrored by a number of other sites, each one contributing heavily to the overwhelming response. Announced a few days ago but then delayed NovaLogic has now released the multiplayer beta of "Delta Force: Black Hawk Down". This beta/demo allows you to try out their upcoming tactical shooter set in Somalia. A mere 46.8 MB download it lets you try Team Deathmatch on one daytime map. The demo is only available for one week (from Friday Aug 2nd through Friday August 9th) and will expire automagically on Aug 16th, so grab it NOW!

Octagon Entertainment has linked up with developer DarkBlack to secure worldwide publishing for the team’s first-person horror thriller Asylum for console with multiplatform options.

When is the beta available?

The beta will be available for download from Wednesday July 31st until Wednesday August 7th. It will be playable until Wednesday August 14th.
