Missed this one yesterday, but Crave Entertainment announced that its latest Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) title, UFC: Throwdown for Nintendo GameCube computer entertainment system has shipped to retailers. Crave shipped UFC: Throwdown for the PlayStation2 earlier this month.

Crave just let us know that the Nintendo GameCube version of 'UFC Throwdown' has gone gold and is currently in manufacturing for retail delivery. The game is expecpted to be on shelves July 30th 2002.

Crave Entertainment today announced that UFC Tapout 2 is currently in development exclusively for the Xbox. Tapout 2 is being developed in Japan by Dream Factory, and is the follow up to the successful real fighting game released for Xbox earlier this year.
