1C Company has launched the 'Buy & Download' section of its website, allowing visitors to choose any of the 23 titles introduced at launch and download them from the comfort of their home or office.

Advances in gameplay and the addition of new elements will make Disciples III richer and more interesting. The visual design follows the original ominous and gloomy style of the Disciples world, but now the entire game environment and every individual unit is in full 3D.

Capcom announced Bionic Commando Rearmed, a makeover of the classic 8-bit game originally released 20 years ago, but with added content such as stunning new visuals, new weapons, online rankings, a reworked musical score and the addition of a 2-player co-op mode.

Set 20 years after the events of its predecessor, Star Ocean 2 also receives the full remake treatment aboard the PSP system. The title takes the next step with fully animated movies, all-new character designs, extra playable characters, fully voiced dialogue, and more.

Sony has rolled out new PlayStation Store content, starting with a few Playstation Eye titles (Tori-Emaki & Mesmerize: Trace for $1.99) and a Blast Factor Bundle ($12.99). The weekly Rock Band tracks are now also available (Last Train to Clarksville / The Monkees, All the Small Things / Blink-182, and Action / Sweet for $1.99) as well as two new circuits for MotorStorm (Eagle’s Nest and Diamondback Speedway, $2.99). Also available are playable demos for Disney;s Turok and EA's FIFA Street 3, if all else fails, there's plenty of trailers, and movie clips to watch.

The first wave in an ongoing line of Gears of War action figures includes main character Marcus Fenix, Augustus Cole, and the villainous Locust Drone, and are expected in stores late spring of 2008. XGen Studios, known developer of browser-based games, revealed that it is an authorized developer for Wii. XGen Studios is developing an original title for Nintendo's upcoming WiiWare service, slated for release alongside the platform in early 2008.

GamersGate announced that it has entered an extensive PC digital distribution partnership with THQ to make its portfolio available for download, starting with titles such as Company of Heroes, Supreme Commander, STALKER and the upcoming Frontlines: Fuels of War.

According to the latest issue of Famitsu, Capcom is working on a remake of the original Bionic Commando for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network. While Bionic Commando: Master D Revival Plan, known in Japan as Top Secret: Hitler's Revival, will be a 3D remake, it will stay true to the original sporting updated graphics, 2 player mode, secret areas, and some elements that will connect the classic to Capcom's new Bionic Commando title.

GFI revealed its lineup for the Game Connection 2008 (Moscone Center, SF, Feb. 19), where it will be showing off titles such as Glukoza: Action!, Pranksterz: Off the boss, JAZZ: Hired Guns, Jagged Farm: Birth of a Hero, Officers, Warfare, and other upcoming products.

Bully: Scholarship Edition tells the story of 15-year-old Jimmy Hopkins as he experiences the highs and lows of adjusting to a new school. LucasArts and Sony Online Entertainment today announced the release of Chapter 8: The Nova Orion Crisis to Star Wars Galaxies subscribers, featuring a host of new content set in the farthest reaches of space, including new quests, collections and a heroic encounter.

Restoration Project is an unofficial addon for Fallout 2 adding content back into the game that was originally planned by the developers, such as 6 new locations, a few new areas to old locations, and almost every town in the game has new content whether it is new characters, quests, or items.

War Leaders: Clash of Nations will expand upon the RTS genre by placing gamers in the roles of the major leaders of WWII, including Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin. Political, diplomatic and economic decision making will be key to success, while sound tactical strategies will ensure victory on the battlefield.

Ubisoft announces that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Japanese development studio Digital Kids. With offices in Nagoya and Osaka, Digital Kids currently has a team of 20 developers specialized in games for the NDS which has worked regularly for a number of Japanese publishers and developed several titles for Ubisoft’s Petz line of games, including Hamsterz Life.

While Blueside barely released KUF: Circle of Doom, it is already working on the next title in the franchise. Kingdom Under Fire Dominion will be a Massively Multiplayer Online Action RTS (MMOARTS), and is currently scheduled for 2009. The new title will have a new story line, new characters/NPCs, and promises a shocking ending. The action will be improved upon and much larger in scale with thousands units fighting, siege warfare, and players will compete to dominate the world. There will be three sides, Light, Dark and one yet to be announced faction.
