'Battlefield 2' v1.50 Patch Delayed Because Of Exploits

Battlefield 2 features immense, richly detailed, destructible environments, from city streets to remote forests, in some of the most notorious hot spots around the world. It has been well over a year since the v1.40 patch and the promised v1.50 patch got delayed because EA wanted to include a solution for recently discovered third-party exploits that are being used to crash servers/clients and clients and spoof accounts instead of delaying it further.
