Diablo III is an action RPG where you create a hero from one of five distinct classes, each equipped with an array of spells and abilities, and adventure through rich and varied settings, unraveling an epic storyline and engaging in combat with hordes of monsters and challenging bosses. Blizzard is looking for a new Art Director for Diablo III to replace Brian Morrisroe who "recently resigned to form a startup technology company (outside the game industry)," so not because of the recent fan petition. Blizzard confirms it will have no affect on the current look of the game.

Sony has rolled out new PlayStation Store content starting with issue #3 of its Qore magazine, addon/DLC for NASCAR 09 (2.49) and Snakeball ($1.99), GH III Interscope track pack ($6.25), System of A Down ($1.99) and Cruefest #2 ($2.99) tracks for Rock Band. More importantly the Home Theme that will allow you to join the beta, and the usual trailers, themes, and wallpapers.

Warner Boss Wants Music Games to Pay More Licensing Fees

Warner Music Group CEO Edgar Bronfman is not happy with the amount of money games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band pay for licensed songs according to Reuters, saying "The amount being paid to the music industry, even though their games are entirely dependent on the content we own and control, is far too small." Warner label Roadrunner however has stated before that artists' albums, such as DragonForce, have seen a noticeable sales increase after appearing in Guitar Hero III.
