Lyra Studios announced today that they are in the pre-alpha stages of a new MMORPG they have titled Reclamation. This game promises many things that previously were rare or unheard of in the genre. Electronic Arts today announced the Ultima Online 7th Anniversary Edition, commemorating the game's historic seven-year run. The special version of the longest-running online game is currently in development and scheduled for release this summer.

KumaWar has launched its second mission from the military hotspot of Fallujah, Iraq -- Fallujah Abizaid Attack. Based on the February 12, 2004 assassination attempt on General John P. Abizaid, commander of all U.S. forces in the Middle East, Fallujah Abizaid Attack re-creates the General’s narrow escape and the swift counter-attack by America’s 82nd Airborne Division and friendly Iraqi troops as they hunt down the insurgent attackers.

KumaWar, the online game service that allows players to experience real world events through advanced gaming technology, has launched its newest mission, Iran Hostage Rescue Part 2. Based on the April 24, 1980 failed attempt to rescue 53 American hostages held in Tehran, the Iran Hostage Rescue Mission Part 2 offers players the opportunity to execute the Pentagon's actual plan to storm the American embassy and to bring the hostages home.

Ubisoft today announced Notorious: Die to Drive, an urban-style combat racing game. In a unique combination of urban warfare and car racing, Ubisoft will take players on a wild ride where they will race against ruthless street crews, eliminating their opponents and building an empire of cash - with all the action amplified by the heart thumping beat of various rap artists. Notorious: Die to Drive will ship for console game systems at the beginning of 2005.

NDL announced today, from the 2004 E3, that Gamebryo is being used by game developer Cyberlore in the creation of the upcoming title, Playboy: The Mansion for the Xbox, PS2 and PC. Cyberlore has fully integrated Gamebryo into its Prometheus Engine to improve graphics and reduce the time and resources associated with cross-platform development.
