NovaLogic Ltd. today announced their plans to hit a new street date of first quarter 2004 for the brand new multiplayer based PC title Joint Operations. "Joint Operations will be NovaLogic's first pan-European release" commented Paul Rebhan, Managing Director of NovaLogic Ltd. "We're looking forward to offering European gamers - the most compelling experience of the modern battlefield ever seen." Set in Indonesia in the near future, Joint Operations takes the player to a country on the verge of disintegration. Regional independence movements have acquired advanced weaponry as the nation's military splits into competing factions. Escalating violence threatens innocent civilians and Western economic interests. Joint Operations will ship during Q1 2004 on PC.

Already announced a week ago by EA Australia, it is now also shipping in North America. Universal war is imminent and it's time to join the battle in Aliens versus Predator Extinction for the PlayStation2 and the Xbox. Based on the blockbuster Aliens and Predator sci-fi film franchises from Twentieth Century Fox, Aliens versus Predator Extinction gives players the ability to play as one of three species: Aliens, Predators or Colonial Marines. The title, co-published by Electronic Arts and Fox Interactive, has begun shipping on the PlayStation 2 and will ship August 5 on the Xbox.

Noted crime writer Max Allan Collins ('Road to Perdition') has revealed to
CSIFiles.com that UBI Soft is producing a second 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation' computer game: "I'm working on the second UBI Soft game now," he said.
