Take-Two has sued 3D Realms for failing to deliver Duke Nukem Forever. The associated case documents reveal that Take-Two is suing for the source code and has filed a restraining order to ensure that the code and assets remain secure and "unharmed" before the case goes to trial. Scott Miller, co-founder of 3D Realms, has
shot down the rumor that Take-Two offered to buy the Duke Nukem IP for the reported $30 million.

Croteam CEO Roman Ribaric has
announced that the company has recently begun "development on two games, one of which is the next Serious Sam FPS game." The game will use the proprietary Serious 3 engine, and Croteam is close to signing a publishing deal for the title.
