While EA's
financial statement confirmed Battlefield: Bad Company and Mercenaries 2 delays, the subsequent conference call offered a whole lot more information. EA execs revealed Spore is due "before end of the year," while BioWare's RPG Dragon Age is vaguely scheduled for fiscal 2009. The earlier rumored Rock Band Wii (a logo was printed on the recently release Microphone packaging) has been confirmed and is expected in the early summer. A new Lord of the Rings is coming, but whether that is a new title or a revival of the

TradingMarkets, an industry insider claims that the first foreign online game for China's leading online game operator, Netease.com, will be Starcraft Online, developed by US-based Blizzard.
