Although there was
talk of the title being delayed until Q1 2008, Sega has confirmed that the sequel to the NiGHTS franchise,
NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams, will ship Dec. 18, 2007. Sega also unveiled plans to reawaken the Artificial Life (A-Life) feature, which lets gamers develop their own sandbox environments, and has confirmed that the game will feature a two-player mode and network support at launch.

Surfer Girl's blog, Insomniac is working on a Resistance: Fall of Man sequel, scheduled for Nov. 2008. While the original was set during WWII, Resistance: Fall of Man 2 is set on U.S. soil (San Francisco, Chicago, etc.) as the Chimera invasion hits American shores. Multiplayer will feature vehicles and three new aircrafts, and there will be a cliffhanger ending, indicating there might be a third title in the franchise.
