War Leaders: Clash of Nations will expand upon the RTS genre by placing gamers in the roles of the major leaders of WWII, including Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin. Political, diplomatic and economic decision making will be key to success, while sound tactical strategies will ensure victory on the battlefield.

Having won various awards, and generally praised for its storytelling & atmosphere, it should come as no surprise that a major film production company is rumored to be in talks Take Two about a movie adaptation. Through extensive use of green screen technology similar to Legendary Pictures' 300, the studio hopes to bring the fallen aquatic utopia of Rapture to the big screen but whether it will go beyond the negotiations stage remains to be seen.

Restoration Project is an unofficial addon for Fallout 2 adding content back into the game that was originally planned by the developers, such as 6 new locations, a few new areas to old locations, and almost every town in the game has new content whether it is new characters, quests, or items.

Namco Bandai announced Tamagotchi Connection: Corner Shop 3 for the NDS featuring the most robust store lineup to date, with 13 brand new shops to run and expand, a park to design and visit, and the ability to trade journals with your friends wirelessly.

In addition to a new campaign that ties up the Dread Lords saga, GalCiv II: Twilight of the Arnor adds civilization-specific technology trees and planetary improvements that add even more flavor to each alien race, while greatly expanding the strategic depth of the game. Originally scheduled for Jan, the GalCiv II expansion has been delayed until March in order to add new features.

Microsoft announced at the 2008 International CES the addition of new titles to the Games for Windows portfolio. Games for Windows drove the PC gaming category in 2007 with some of the most popular Windows-based games available, and will continue the momentum for Windows-based gaming in 2008.

EA announced that it has completed its acquisition of VG Holding Corp. and has officially welcomed BioWare Corp. and Pandemic Studios to the EA Games Label, vaulting EA into a competitive position in the RPG, action and adventure genres.

Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008 allows users to hone their dueling skills using over 2,000 monster, trap and spell cards and faithfully reproduced structure decks from the official card game. The social elements are also highlighted, with the ability to compete against players all over the world via wireless and Wi-Fi.

Bully: Scholarship Edition tells the story of 15-year-old Jimmy Hopkins as he experiences the highs and lows of adjusting to a new school. Bully is coming to the X360 and the Wii on March 4, and the first details about the promised new content have been revealed. Eight new missions, four new school classes (biology, music, math and geography), new unlockable items and clothing, new two-player offline minigames, new awards and Achievements.

After closing up shop for the holidays, Sony has rolled out some new PlayStation Store content. PS3 owners can catch up on new downloadable songs for Rock Band (6 tracks) and Guitar Hero (8 tracks), as well as unlockable vehicles in Need for Speed ProStreet. Earlier this year SCi/Eidos' CEO Jane Cavanagh confirmed a Battlestations: Midway sequel was in development, and while there are still no details available, Eidos seems to have filed to protect the Battlestations Pacific trademark. Battlestations: Midway’s blends action with RTS in epic, large-scale massive air, sea, and undersea battles from Pearl Harbor to Midway

Mad Tracks is an action-packed toy-car racing game, with toy cars powered by spring engines. Races are set in everyday places, like toy stores, mini-golf parks, and restaurants. Load Inc. announced a partnership with Seattle based Assassin Studio to give a fresh start to Mad Tracks PC by bringing it to stores.

After a few weeks of deliberation and voting, our top games of 2007 are finally being unveiled!
