Xbox Live user REDRUM6622 claimed on the official Xbox forums that he has filed a class-action lawsuit against Microsoft because of the problems he and other users have experienced after performing the Fall System Update. He is demanding a jury trial, citing breach of contract, violation of consumer protection act (RCW 19.86), and negligence.

Microsoft today announced that it expects to ship more than 10 million Xbox 360 units to retailers by the end of the current calendar year. That number refers to units "sold into retail," which refers to units in transit, units sitting in store inventories and machines sold to consumers.

According to the latest issue of Japanese magazine Famitsu, it might be that Tekken 6 is not the first title in the franchise to arrive on the PS3. More details are expected in the near future, but rumor has it that Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection, originally announced as a PS2 title before it went to the PSP, might make an appearance on the PlayStation Store as a downloadable title. Tekken 5 DR is said to include a few optimizations such as an additional playable character, Jinpachi Mishima.

AMD has received a subpoena from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division in connection with the DOJ’s investigation into potential antitrust violations related to graphics processors and cards. AMD entered the graphics processor business following the company’s acquisition of ATI last month. The DOJ has not made any specific allegations against AMD or ATI.
