ArenaNet and NCsoft announce today that the studio's latest release, Guild Wars Factions, is now the top PC game in North America and Europe. NPD's weekly sales report showed Guild Wars Factions as the number-one-selling PC game for the weeks beginning April 23, 2006 and April 30, 2006.

CDV has entered into two distribution agreements with DreamCatcher Inc. As part of this agreement, DreamCatcher will distribute Glory of the Roman Empire for CDV in North America. Set in the violent period of civil wars in Yugoslavia from 1991 to 1995, Iron Warriors puts the player as a Russian volunteer tank commander right into the turret of some of the best tanks the Russians built. This patch is for the European retail game, although details as to what it fixes are not available (thanks 3DGamers).

Arena: Warriors is a role-playing strategy game set in a rich fantasy world, blending RPG with RTS, while Commander: Europe at War is the first in a series of high level turn based strategy games, jointly developed by Firepower Entertainment and Slitherine Software.
