The online game market in will grow from $1.1 billion in 2005 to $4.4 billion by 2010 in North America, according to a new study conducted by market research and consulting company Parks Associates, who will discuss their new data at the Austin Game Conference.

Last year Microsoft's Japanese X360 title list mentioned Operation Darkness from Metal Saga developers Success, and hadn't been heard of since. While details are still slim, Operation Darkness is a tactica RPG set during WW2, where you, as part of an special ops team, are tracking down Hitler. Success implements multiple scenarios and mixes historical events with fiction.

Classics Collection Reloaded is an ensemble of more than 15 historic arcade favorites for the PSP, driving home the nostalgia factor with a host of new titles including Eco Fighters, King of Dragons and Knights of the Round Table.

Similar to the C&C Tiberium Wars newsbit earlier today, Epic's Steve Polge revealed that they plan to release an Unreal Tournament 2007 demo prior to its retail debut, so they can act upon community feedback and make adjustments if needed. "We are definitely planning to release a demo long enough before we go gold to be able to incorporate feedback from the demo into our final release." Steve also mentioned that UT 2007 currently has 40 maps in rotation, but that is not said some may be cut from the final release.

KOEI announced today Samurao Warriors 2 has gone gold. Samurai Warriors 2 is a beat-'em-up featuring several changes compared to the original. You will be able to select from 20 characters each offering different ways of fighting, no load times when the action changes from interior to exterior battles, and new combo configurations and better special attacks.
