Disney Interactive and Ubi Soft Entertainment today announced the signing of a sales distribution agreement. Ubi Soft is to distribute three video games for GameBoy Advance in Europe: Disney’s Peter Pan Return to Never Land, Disney’s Lilo and Stitch, and Disney’s Treasure Planet.

Ubisoft let us know that end of March we can expect the GOLD edition of Settlers IV. For the first time all parts of Settlers IV will be added in one package deal. And not only that. The Gold edition will include : Settlers IV, Mission Pack, the Addon "The Trojans and the Elixir of Power", the 2 minigames 'Smack a Thief' and 'Dark Side' as well as several dozen new multiplayer maps. The cd will also contain new Wallpapers and skins for WinAmp and ICQ.

Developed by Kalisto Entertainment, Nightmare Creatures 3, Angel of Darkness (working title) is the sequel to the 1998 hit game Nightmare Creatures 1 and the 2000 game Nightmare Creatures 2, which sold in excess of 2 million units worldwide combined on Sony PlayStation, Nintendo 64, Sega Dreamcast and PC platforms. Ubi Soft® Entertainment, a world leader in interactive entertainment, today announced the signing of an agreement with Sony Pictures Consumer Products for the Charlie’s Angels license. This worldwide agreement provides Ubi Soft with the exclusive rights to develop and publish Charlie’s Angels video games on Nintendo GameCube™, Nintendo GameBoy®Advance, Microsoft Xbox™, Sony PlayStation®2 and PC platforms. The licensing agreement includes the rights to the television series, the film released in 2000 and the rights to the first sequel.

Ubi Soft® Entertainment and Team 17 announced today a worldwide publishing agreement for the PSone and Game Boy Advance versions of the hugely popular Worms World Party.
