official site for the Half Life mod Desert Crisis has been updated with a lot of new screens the last days. Desert Crisis is a mod set in the near future, so there is a mix of modern weaponry (such as Desert Eagles and MP5's) and futuristic weapons (such as laser sniper rifles and plasma cannons).

Nival Interactive has released an updated demo of their 3D turn-based strategy game Etherlords, which contains not only the Duel mode of the original one, but also offers a chance to try out the strategy mode on two missions. Also a bonus map for the full game is available, titled Evil Dale.

Microids is working on a new 3D adventure game with the title Syberia.. Benoit Sokal creator of Amerzone, is the one who leads this new 'secret' project.
