SCi Games has signed a US publishing deal with Atlus U.S.A. Inc. a leading publisher of interactive entertainment, to publish GALLEON on Xbox, in North America. GALLEON, the latest creation from Toby Gard the creator of Lara Croft, is an epic tale of action, adventure, romance and mystery and will be available in the US from Autumn 2004.

Activision has released a demo for The Fizz Factor's Unreal-powered action/adventure game Spider-Man 2. This beta demo features a tutorial and several missions from the full game (thanks 3DGamers). O~3 Entertainment today announced plans to publish, "Torrente," an irreverent, darkly comic action shooter for PC in North America and South America. Developed in Madrid, Spain by Virtual Toys in partnership with Cinemaware, and based on the top-grossing films of the same name, Torrente is a fascist, sexist, racist, drunk, and dirty cop who soon finds himself caught in the crossfire between drug cartels and the Mafia. Now he must blast his way through street thugs and hit men battling for control over Madrid's seedy underworld.

Imperial Glory promises to be the most extensive strategy game ever, offering an in-depth management model along with graphically stunning real-time land and naval battles in full 3D. Choose which of the five great 19th century Empires to lead: Great Britain, France, Russia, Prussia or Austro-Hungary, each with their own unique attributes. Imperial Glory is being developed by Pyro Studios and will be released on PC in early 2005.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl brings to life the actual Chernobyl terrain in the year 2012 - six years after a mysterious second explosion rocks the landscape. Noticed on VE3D that C&VG have put up the second part of their 'Goldeneye: Rogue Agent' interview in which EA's Chris Plummer hints at a possible PC version of 'Goldeneye: Rogue Agent'.
“It's definitely never coming to PC then?
Plummer: I wouldn't say it's definitely never going there, but we don't want to do a port. For the PC it needs to be a PC design, and we're working on that behind the scenes but it's not something that we've announced or are prepared to discuss.
So there is a PC version in development, then?
Plummer: Erm, no, nothing official.”
