yesterday Flagship Studio confirmed some layoffs and vigorously denied any take over attempts of its diabloesque first-person RPG Hellgate: London, it turns outs that
most of it was true. A legal notice sent out by Hanbitsoft's law office revealed "It is unfortunate that Flagship turned down additional investments HanbitSoft offered to make that would have allowed it to keep its doors open" has now been confirmed by Community Manager, Taylor Balbi. Mythos right reverted to Korena publisher HanbitSoft as part of an earlier investment, and Hellgate's went to Comerica, due to some
loan agreement.

While Microsoft still denies anything related to a motion sensor controller, 3rd party manufacturer
Motus Games revealed Darwin, its 2 piece motion-controlled X360 controller. While it does not use infrared like Nintendo's device, the Darwin does use an array of sensors allowing it to detect movement. According to
Motus Games' Satayan Mahajan official announcements are to be made by console-makers, so maybe we'll get confirmation next week at E3, in the meantime
