According to the latest issue of Official PlayStation Magazine, Dutch developer Guerilla is not only working on Killzone for the PS3, but also Killzone Liberation exclusively for the PSP. Well almost... Sony Online has announced that it will give new Planetside, SOE's MMOFPS, players the chance to play for free for a period of 12 months. Essentially, new players will be able to have access to any part of the game but will have limitations on the BattleRank, which affects the diversity of their arsenal. The UI will also get an overhaul to make it easier for newcommers and plenty of new items and weapon variants are getting added. Expected launch, February 14.

Blizzard's MMORPG World of Warcraft has surpassed the one million customer milestone in Europe, more than quadrupling the previously estimated size of the entire European MMORPG market since its launch in Feb. 2005.
